Returns

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Arkeen. That's why we offer the same 14-day return policy to customers worldwide.

We believe buying online should feel just as straightforward as buying in a local store, wherever you're shopping from.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

If you're unsure whether a product can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, the quickest option is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Customers in the European Union

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging together with proof of purchase.

Customers Outside the European Union

Customers outside the European Union, including the United States and Canada, are also covered by our voluntary 14-day return policy under the same conditions described above.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
