Arkeen is based in Finland and works with carefully selected manufacturers across Europe.

Some products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Finland, while others are shipped from our trusted European partners. This allows us to offer a wider selection of thoughtfully chosen furniture and storage solutions while keeping unnecessary transportation and storage to a minimum.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the product and delivery destination.

Products shipped from our warehouse in Finland are typically delivered within 1–3 business days in Finland.

Products shipped directly from our European partners may take longer to arrive. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page whenever applicable.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

  • Shipping costs are always shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your order includes products shipped from different locations, they may arrive in separate deliveries.

There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments unless clearly stated during checkout.

VAT, Customs and Import Charges

All prices include applicable VAT where required.

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
